Spatial Composite Solutions, a British owned specialist manufacturer of cabin crew training equipment, wishes to appoint a highly motivated and hard working Factory Supervisor for our production plant in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

3 - 5 years experience at supervisory level in the composites industry is a pre requirement with a good understanding of technical drawings and lamination processes using open and closed mould techniques. The successful candidate will lead by example assuming responsibility for the day to day management of a 25 strong workforce ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards yet in a cost efficient manner. This is a hands on position where production targets must be met and projects executed on time.

Prior work experience in the Middle East would be an advantage. Fluency in English and a valid driving license is essential. Immediate start. Hours of work are 07.30 to 16.30 Saturday to Thursday. Contract period one year (renewable) with basic salary + medical + housing + flights (if applicable) and travel allowance. Remuneration in accordance with applicants age and experience.
